How can we help?

We print and ship within 2 days of confirming your payment, then the courier takes it to the address you gave at checkout. Busy festival weeks or very large designs can take a little longer, and we will tell you if so. Track it any time in My orders.

Payment isn't taken on the website yet. After you place an order we confirm the design and the final amount with you, including any delivery charge, and we only start printing once the payment has reached us.

Yes, if we haven't started printing it. Cancelling before printing is free with a full refund. We usually start soon after payment, so WhatsApp or call us straight away. Once printing has begun, a personalised item can't be cancelled. See Cancellation & Refunds.

We'll reprint it free or refund you in full if it doesn't match the design you approved, or arrives broken or defective. Send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery using the form below or WhatsApp.

We print in tough PLA+ plastic that handles daily use on keys and bags. Keychains have small parts and rings, so keep them away from children under 3, and keep pieces away from heat such as a car dashboard in summer.

Yes: return gifts, weddings, office and school events, team names, shop stock. Each piece can carry a different name. Bulk orders of 10 or more get lower pricing. Request a quote below.
